MercuryFlooring, which specialises in textile finishing, is a major player in the sector, with a turnover of €26.29 million, ranking it third in its sector.
To maintain its status and continue to grow, MercuryFlooring had to review its entire operation and digitise all of its internal processes.
This was a crucial strategic challenge for the survival and growth of this Belgian company.

Everything had to be digitised while maintaining existing sales and getting all teams on board with this change in operations.

We audited all existing processes in collaboration with all employees and worked according to a priority-based approach.
Each stage of development followed a precise plan, with analysis and validation stages involving all relevant employees.
A dedicated team was set up to accelerate development and facilitate coordination between the technology and operational teams.

We have developed a comprehensive, tailor-made ERP system that digitises MercuryFlooring's entire operational system: orders, order tracking, customer management, invoicing, etc.
But we didn't stop there. We took digitisation even further by integrating product configuration, marketing, landing page creation, CRM, DAM, production planning, and more.
From a single platform, MercuryFlooring is now able to manage its entire business.
