First, you need to create a strong brand that can clearly position itself in the market to become a key player in corporate printing.
The promise of ‘print everything for less’ is bold and requires a rigorous strategy focused on optimising purchasing and sales costs, intelligent campaigns, a customer website, and an efficient and robust order management platform.

As with every brand launch, we began with an in-depth market analysis, which enabled us to identify opportunities and shape the company's positioning.
Once this was done, we were able to work on the visual identity in line with the brand DNA, which had been defined and developed beforehand.
We also developed the entire website to enable customers to place orders (with over 100,000 products), and the order management platform specialising in printing to ensure the gateway between orders, suppliers, delivery, etc.
With this groundwork in place, both in terms of sales and marketing and technology, Batteria is now in a position to become the leading printing company for professionals in Belgium and to expand into Luxembourg and France.

The strategy resulted in stronger brand visibility, increased franchise recruitment and a significant rise in business opportunities across the network.
