Year collaboration

Bowls opened a restaurant in Waregem. We supported the launch of the first restaurant, but Bowls didn't want to stop there. After testing and validating its concept, Bowls is thinking bigger and wants to develop a healthy restaurant chain.

Developing a restaurant chain requires a specific structure that is capable of handling the complexity of a larger organization.
It requires a methodical approach, the first phase of which is to validate the concept and its appeal to customers.
This involves clear positioning and a strong brand image.
All operational elements (order management, inventory management, order taking, personnel management, etc.) must also be fluid and easily replicable. The purchasing and resale structure must be efficient and have a positive impact on customer satisfaction and the brand's profitability.

We worked on the brand's positioning and image. This work was based on detailed market research to shape the approach to be implemented for the company's development.
The technological aspect was entirely managed by our teams, from online ordering to ordering in the establishment. This also included the automation of stock tracking and supplier orders.
In addition to all these fundamental elements, we worked on the brand's development plan to prepare for the opening of company-owned and franchised points of sale.

Bowls was able to validate the concept, increase its sales by 50%, and open a second store.
This success has enabled us to collaborate on the future launch of at least three new stores in Brussels, which will take place in 2026.
The franchise is scheduled to be developed by the end of 2026/beginning of 2027.
