Our client, Raison Home, well known in France with over 100 franchisees, opened a master franchise in Belgium. After its first year on the market and €300,000 in revenue, the Belgian network needed to structure its marketing and sales approach.

It was essential to make progress on two key areas: increasing the brand's appeal to attract new candidates and grow the franchise network, and generating as many business opportunities as possible to increase turnover for both parties (franchisees and the franchisor) and network loyalty.

We audited the franchise's operations, both internally and externally, to better assess the concept's potential and prepare for a structured and scalable national roll-out.
We reviewed the franchise marketing department's support strategy for franchisees to optimise the services provided and increase the concrete impact, thereby generating more sales opportunities.
We established a national strategy for the franchise with a personalised approach for each franchisee based on their profile and geographical area, while maintaining a clear and common direction for the entire structure.

A significant increase in the size of the network, crucial for the profitability of the franchise and brand awareness, as well as a lead generation strategy that has more than quadrupled for an equivalent investment.
The result ? A growing network and active franchisees who are increasingly profitable without having to make additional efforts.
